Core features

Hot stamp printing uses high-precision mold design. The molds are processed by numerical control and electrical discharge machining to ensure the pattern accuracy of ±0.01mm. Hot pressing process control ensures uniform transfer of metal foil through precise temperature (such as 150-200℃) and pressure (such as 5-10MPa) adjustments. Multi-material compatibility, capable of handling various metal foils such as aluminum foil, copper foil, and gold foil, meeting different decorative requirements. It adopts solvent-free hot pressing technology to reduce VOC emissions and complies with environmental protection standards such as RoHS.

Advantage

Steel stamp has the advantages of being thin, light, uniform and strong. Stamping process can produce workpieces with reinforcing ribs, flanges, corrugations or flanges that are difficult to process by other methods, thereby enhancing their rigidity. Due to the adoption of precision molds, the accuracy of the workpiece can reach the micrometer level, with high repeatability and consistent specifications, and holes, bosses, etc. can be punched out. It is manufactured by stamping process, with low material consumption. This type of parts is light in weight and has good rigidity.
