Die Casting Heat Sink manufacturing

In the manufacture of die casting heat sink, two mold halves are required during the die-casting process. One half is called the "cap mold half" and the other half is called the "ejector mold half". Create a parting line where the two mold halves meet. The mold is designed so that the finished casting will slide off the mold cover half and remain in the ejector half when the mold is opened. The ejector half contains the ejector pins used to push the casting out of the ejector half mold. To prevent damage to the casting, the ejector pin plate accurately pushes all pins out of the ejector mold at the same time with the same force. After ejecting the casting, the ejector plate will also retract the ejector pin to prepare for the next injection.
